Happy Monday! Whee!
Bah. Sorry. I’m not feeling it today either. (C’mon Soy Latte kick in)
Every Monday morning I wake up with this kind of resolve to make this week better than the last, to eat healthier, get more sleep, accomplish things that I’ve been procrastinating on… and then by Wednesday you can pretty much forget it. Things don’t get done, pizza gets ordered instead of cooking, and soon it’s the weekend and I just want to veg.
It’s a vicious cycle.
So – I’m determined to break it… and one of the ways we Virgo’s organize our thoughts is to make lists.
One of the ways we Virgo scrapbookers organize, is to first make a cute list on which to list things.
Hee hee.

This is a project I created for the March AC Bailey Newsletter, and it was so easy. Inspired by those you can buy at Michael’s in the $1 bin, you can easily make your own to do list like this one to match whichever decor you have in your kitchen, office, whatever!
All you need:
-
Cardstock & Patterned paper in colors of your choice
-
Paper to print the lists on (I used regular typing paper)
-
Two large brads
-
Adhesive & Glue Dots (Glue Dots to hold the magnet on strongly)
-
Magnets for the back (use those free business card ones you get in junk mail to recycle)
To make your own:
1. Trim cardstock and paper to desired size (mine is about 5X8). Fold down the top half of the piece about 1.5 inches making a flap.
2. Create your “To Do” list in a word processing program and print as many sheets as you’d like (be sure to save the file so you can print out more when you need them). Leave the top margin of the list long enough to fit under the flap of cardstock. Then tuck that longer edge of the lists under the flap where you’d like them to lay.
3. Using a hole punch (Crop-A-Dile works great!), punch through the flap and to do lists.
4. Attach together using brads. Using brads makes the lists easy to tear off once you’re ready for a new sheet.
5. Attach magnets to the back with Glue Dots to hang from your refrigerator or filing cabinet and embellish as desired.
Easy peasy and also a great make and take.
And even if we don’t actually get to the items we fill these lists out with, at least we can feel some kind of accomplishment that it looks pretty darn cute.
Hope you have a productive day. How about we make a pact…I’ll accomplish five things on my list today if you try too….
So thanks for stopping by…
And ready, set, GO!

I’ve made these before…yours looks great though!!! Super cute colors and everything, mine are just blah. I love how “glue dots” is at the top of your shopping list
Cute project! So far, I’ve checked 4 things off my list…one more to go.

Cute and really easy too! I’m a consummate list-maker — I don’t think I could survive without my multitude of lists. I even have a special notebook to hold them all.
such a cute project…as my monday is almost over I can definetly say I haven’t done 5 things from my to do list yet- —and might not be able to do it- LOL
What a fun project! I start each week with similar resolutions and also don’t meet the majority of them. LOL Oh, well. There’s always next Monday, right?
What a cute project! I can’t promise that I’ll even make a list today…I’m on vacation! LOL
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
