Three things I’m into lately:
1. Altering anything that stands still
2. Using my extremely old stash
3. Making my own flowers!
Here’s a quick project done last weekend, it’s meant to be a Rolodex business card holder, though that was when it was plain wood and blah. I’m thinking it’s much too ‘sophisticated’ for that now. What will it hold… colorful markers? Scraps? Inks? Not a clue – but it’s nice to look at.

The homemade flower, from cardboard & ink.
Maybe I’ll throw in scraps of ideas and pull one out when I need inspiration…
And yes my Crop-a-dile Big Bite did come yesterday! I pulled into my driveway and was so disappointed to not see a package by the front door… but then squeaked when I found it by the back door when letting out my pup. Sneaky UPS guy…
Welcome and come on in! I'm Jess. I love all things crafty, and to share an artistic journey with friends like you. Relax, take a look around, and come back again soon. Thanks for stopping by!

I think I like this one. It reminds me of covering my math book with bown paper bags an trying to jazz it up with markers and stuff. As always, you rock the socks.
Love it. Love the idea of using the really old stuff!
This is so pretty and clever, I also love to alter anything in sight. Yours looks awesome.
I’ll try to remember to post some flowers I made this week using a pattern meant for fabric, I’m also using old stuff it feels good! Thanks for stopping by my blog!
