Best…. Opening….. Ever.

Did you watch?  Did you love it?  We did and soaked up every last wonderful second.  The speeches were great (especially Dustin Lance Black, who won for the screenplay writing of Milk), the dresses were great, I LOVE the way they introduced the acting categories, and that Hugh Jackman…um…

Yum.

Note that since he plays Wolverine in X-Men, his coolness factor for Alan is therefore raised to an entirely new level, and he has no issues with my crush.  It just makes it all the more likely I’ll be going with him when the next movie comes out. 

Immediately after it comes out.
